For each of the chemicals we use in the lab, a safety data sheet (SDS) or similar should be available electronically on this wiki and printed out and placed in the lab folder.

If a new chemical is added make sure that:

• the name of the chemical, your name and day of expiration is somehow indicated on the container/box/package/bottle
• the chemical can be stored together with the other chemicals and under the conditions present in our lab
• you provide the SDS or similar electronically on this wiki and printed into the lab folder.
